1. Can I cancel my order?
In order to provide the most efficient service, our warehouse is highly automated dealing with hundreds of orders each day and it is not usually possible to halt an order once it's in our system.
At the moment we only offer cancellations for customers who have paid with credit cards or via PayPal. We will however, deduct the shipping costs as these are incurred automatically and outside of our control.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel your order that has been paid by credit cards or PayPal.
For customers who have chosen the Cash-on-Delivery option, cancellation is not possible.
2. Can I return/replace a product?
You can only return/replace products with factory defects and any wrong products delivered within seven (7) days of the product's delivery date.
Please send us an email at: email@example.com to let us know that you are requesting for a replacement.
It is our usual practice that we only replace products once we have proof of their factory defects. We do not replace products wrongly ordered or change of personal preference.

3. Where do you ship?
We only deliver within the Philippines at the moment.
4. How much do you charge for shipping?
METRO MANILA - 100 PESOS
LUZON- 200 PESOS
VISAYAS/MINDANAO- 300 PESOS
* shipping fee does not apply with our Pod Mats

Metro Manila: 3-7 Business Days

7. Can I have my order picked up?
Yes, you can have it delivered to any LBC pick up locations. But we don not offer Cash-on-Delivery payments for pick ups.
8. Can I change my shipping address?
Once your package has been picked up, you can't make changes to your delivery address. But incase your location is hard to find, we'd appreciate you providing us with more details (ex. nearby establishments, landmarks, color of the gate, etc)
9. Why didn't I get any confirmation email?
If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation in the email address you have provided. If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was sent there. If you still can't find it, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
